Oh, you forgot who Key is, well the history lessons taught you back at school. He was the man who gave words to The Star-Spangled Banner. The 1915 was also quite a significant year in the history of the Washington Monument.

It was not an extraordinary thing to witness, there are various other structures and monuments we have seen in history where the archaeologists discovered more than a one-time capsule. Humphries, in one of his statements, said that there were some other structures and buildings where they have found more than one capsule buried.
