To this surprise of Sergeant Hughes, the man did not object and went down to the ground fairly quickly. He placed his hands behind his back, looking a little startled by the fact that he had been caught out. As he went down to the floor, sweets fell from his pockets. He had been caught red handed.

An End To The Stealing Spree
State trooper Diane Perkins-Vance was quick on the scene and the suspect was quickly handcuffed to a nearby chair. Throughout, he put up little to no resistance, and the officers quietly discussed that he had particularly pale skin and glasses dating back decades. This indicated that something odd was happening here. He didn’t have any form of identification, but also wasn’t answering any questions, right from when questioning kicked off.
