The man he saw was someone well dressed and cleanly shaven. The person was middle-aged, slightly overweight, and perhaps even considered fairly ordinary looking, by usual standards. Could this be the man they had been hunting for so long? Was he hiding in plain sight among the community all along?

The man of mystery hadn’t noticed that Sergeant Hughes had spotted him. When he walked out of the dining hall with a backpack full of food, Hughes took a leap towards him, using his handgun to try and get the man to lay down on the ground. The hunt for the evasive thief was finally over.
