10. Sugary Coffee Drinks
Coffee itself is not the problem for most people. Many people enjoy coffee in the morning, and plain coffee can fit into a normal routine. The issue is what gets added to it. Large coffee drinks with sugar, flavored syrups, whipped cream, full-fat milk, or sweetened plant milks can become closer to a dessert than a simple morning drink.

Another mistake is using coffee as the whole breakfast. A black coffee alone may not provide enough energy, fiber, or protein. A better approach is to keep coffee simple and pair it with real food. Try toast with eggs, yogurt with fruit, porridge, or another balanced meal. Coffee can be part of the morning, but it should not do the job of breakfast by itself.
