Wrong Number
Trying to see if he was okay, Johanna and David got Beck’s forwarding address from the new apartment tenant, but when Johanna sent him a letter, it came back marked as undeliverable.

She investigated and found out that the address was for some old building that had been leveled two years earlier. It seemed to all that Beck did not want to be found. He was like a ghost, but it turned out with reason.
