Weekdays Were The Easiest

As most people work during the week, this was the perfect time for Christopher to raid any cabins. The idea was to do so at the start of the week, so that by the time the occupants returned on Friday, they wouldn’t be able to recall where they left some of these items. His plan was to avoid detection this way. If he ever saw a set of spare keys, he made sure to take them for easy access later. This was part of what got him caught at the cabin in the end.

The Many Items He Returned

Few people think about the items that he borrowed, as most media coverages was focused squarely on the things he stole. Christopher often took items for specific tasks back at camp, only to return them to their rightful place once he had used them. This happened once when he used a canoe to try his hands at catching fish. He returned it shortly after, even making sure that it was out of danger in the water. Not everything he did was stealing, though many people find this hard to comprehend.
