Bhujangasana, Or Cobra Pose
Bhujangasana, or Cobra Pose, is a position that helps open the chest, stretch the front of the body, and release tension from the shoulders. Many people hold tightness in the chest and upper back, especially after sitting at a desk or looking down at a phone for hours. This pose can help the upper body feel more open.

Lie on your stomach with your legs stretched behind you. Place your palms on the floor near your shoulders and gently lift your chest while keeping the lower body steady. Do not push too hard with your hands. Keep your shoulders away from your ears and breathe slowly. If your lower back feels strained, lower your chest and make the movement smaller.
