It’s One Area to Each Group

Hells Angels is a club, but there are smaller groups in it. Different groups own different areas, and if other members of the club want to be in the area, it should only be to ride through as other groups of the club may have already claimed that area.
Hells Angels have rivals, of course, like the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, and if Hells Angels hang around a certain area, no other club can come in as it has already been claimed. In some areas, no two clubs go to the same hospital as they want to ensure they avoid each other at all costs.
