Many people may be of the perception that seeing the type of group Hells Angels are, they may be indulged in the use of illicit items and contraband. However, they do outline a very strict policy that goes against their members using them.
There is a Toronto-based charter of the Hells Angels, and they stipulate that all forms of contact with and use of any illegal substance are strictly prohibited. This means no needles should be used either, especially for pleasure, and failure to adhere to this rule could get you kicked out.
