9. Flutter Kicks
Flutter kicks are a core exercise that uses small, quick leg movements. Lie on your back and lift your legs slightly from the floor. Move them up and down in a controlled way while keeping your core engaged. The lower your legs are, the harder the exercise becomes, so start with them higher if needed.

Keep your lower back comfortable and stop if it starts to strain. You can place your hands near your hips for support or bend your knees slightly to make the exercise easier. Short sets are enough at first. It is better to stop early than to lose form.
