He Started With The Hardest Part First
Inside, the train car was rough, dirty, and uncomfortable. It had no warmth, no proper layout, and no feeling of home. Before he could make it cozy, he had to make it livable. He cleaned out the trash, sealed gaps where cold air came through, and fixed the worst parts of the interior. It was slow work, but every small repair made the space feel a little less abandoned.
Once the structure felt more secure, he began adding the things that would make daily life possible. Simple shelves, a seating area, better flooring, and repaired windows all helped the train car take shape. The outside also changed with fresh paint, wooden steps, and small lights that made it feel less like scrap metal and more like someone’s home. Still, the biggest surprise was waiting inside, where the transformation became almost impossible to believe.
